This is the session every HR Professional needs in order to take their rightful seat at the executive table! We will discuss topics such as HR being a profit center; the five elements of business; and the language of total business. You will walk away with simple concepts that will help you communicate in the language of the Executive Suite…dollars and sense! YOUR seat is at the table waiting for you and its up to you to take it! These principles will teach you how to determine where HR fits in the total business picture of your company; will teach that HR can impact the bottom line in a positive manner; will teach how HR can take their seat and how to positively impact the business at the table ... not to just wait in the wings for executives to throw you a bone!
