What does the Affordable Care Act mean for your company?

Employers everywhere are asking this very question. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is not just a “health care” law. The ACA raises financial, reporting, compliance and tax issues for U.S. employers. The major ACA provisions become effective in 2014. You need to understand how the ACA’s requirements affect your business and your choices for compliance.

Spherion® Staffing Services has engaged Ernst & Young to help educate companies on the stipulations of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), including critical timelines, employer classifications and requirements, and compliance measures that must be taken to avoid substantial tax liabilities As a locally owned staffing company, Spherion is committed to helping clients navigate critical issues impacting their workforce, and the ACA’s impact is no less than monumental. For this reason, Spherion and Ernst & Young will be presenting a 60-minute Webinar about the ACA and its implications for your business.

We invite you to participate in this informative web presentation.
