    PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This short seminar, which has been approved for two hours of continuing education credit by the Human Resource Certification Institute, explores a broad range of topics, issues and practices pertaining to the relationship between an organization and its employees and/or among the employees themselves.  A review of specific topics classified as employee relations reveals the all-inclusive nature of the concept.  For this reason, the agenda of this interactive professional development program has been designed to allow coverage of any issues governing and impacting the employment relationship.
