Staying focused on the work at hand and the real mission is a challenge in the current culture of high demand and ever-changing requirements.
Begin the new decade of 2020 with renewed passion and purpose. Align and restore engagement and performance through mission identification, organization connection, and purpose-driven behaviors.
Participants will leave this program rejuvenated and inspired to help elevate high-performance behaviors, promote an environment of civility, and build an inclusive workplace culture.
    • Identify and share the “why” of your work
    • Align your personal mission with the mission of the organization
    • Rekindle your passion and purpose to promote job performance success

 Customers of Etiquette Center of the South have fondly referred to Mary as “Miss Manners, our coach and cheerleader, the patient experience expert, and the lady who teaches people how to act.”
     Mary is:
 Certified as a Nonverbal Communication Professional
 A certified Trainer and Developer from the University of Southern Mississippi
 A trained Etiquette Consultant through the Protocol School of Washington
 A professional educator from Louisiana State University

 Currently enrolled in the Team Consultant Academy training program
 When not working, Mary enjoys drinking coffee, walking, and hanging out with Ethan and Emma (her twin grandchildren), family, and friends.
