She is a passionate energy industry veteran who has paved the way for women leaders, with a focus on women of color. Her experience as an engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in talent development provides real‐world insight into how people and teams can excel, even in the face of adversity.

     

     

         
    Ben Eubanks is the principal analyst at Lighthouse Research & Advisory and the author of “Artificial Intelligence for HR: Use AI to Build a Successful Workforce” (Kogan Page, December 2018).  

    He has authored dozens of reports, e-books, and other resources; maintains a blog that has touched the lives of more than one million business leaders since its inception, and hosts the podcast “We’re Only Human,”

     

     

    John Bobb-Semple is the Senior Director at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. He is a motivational speaker, hunger fighter, and reconciliation advocate who is passionate about working with organizations and educational spaces to inspire impact. John serves as a Senior Director with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma where he serves a network of 300+ partner agencies fighting food insecurity throughout central and western Oklahoma.

         

    Erin O’Malley brings to life her Connection Framework, her blueprint for how to unlock the power of human connection to solve your leadership, engagement, and customer loyalty problems.     Mr. Stovall concentrates his practice in the areas of labor & employment law, corporate formation, business, corporate and fiduciary litigation. Mr. Stovall represents individuals, private employers, and public entities. Mr. Stovall is a frequent speaker, author, and trainer, primarily in the areas of labor & employment law.

     

     

     


    Mr. Hare encourages companies to develop proactive human resources strategies that are designed to minimize exposure to costly litigation and disputes.  This commonly includes conducting comprehensive employment law compliance audits, employment policy design and review, management training and counseling, and simulated problem-solving workshops.

     

     



    Mr. Siegel’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of labor/employment law, including defense of OSHA citations, contract consulting, and construction litigation, including representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, all on a national basis.

    Dr. Wilkerson has more than 30 years of successful coaching experience in the area of Leadership, honing his skills in senior executive positions, management, and sales.     Mack Munro is Founder and CEO of Boss Builders and is an experienced practitioner, speaker, and author who has worked with executive and management teams in companies of all types, sizes, and industries. He is the author of How to Be a Great Boss.

     

     

     

     

    Dr. Raines is an expert in mediation/facilitation and conflict management within organizational, court, and public policy settings. She is the author of “Conflict Management for Managers" and “Expert Mediators" (with Jean Poitras) was published by Rowman & Littlefield. She is the Editor of Conflict Resolution Quarterly and has mediated more than 16,000 disputes worldwide. She leads strategic planning processes, designs employee and customer satisfaction systems, and facilitates increased collaboration within organizations, and works with managers to improve their performance.

    Cheri Garcia is the Founder of Cornbread Hustle, a staffing agency for second chances. She is passionate about helping people coming out of prison and people in recovery find transformation through employment or entrepreneurship. As someone who has reinvented her life, she wanted to create a company to help others do the same.
