The Brand Called YOU - How Your Personal Brand Impacts Your Organization's Brand
Presented By: Melinda Stallings, SHRM-SCP & CEO at Melinda Stallings International
Summary:
An organization’s brand is inextricably linked to the employees who represent that organization. To note, individuals who have a strong self-brand are more likely to be more engaged, a better team player and more productive. In general, they are more confident, self-effacing and are supportive of others and their goals. How can a person develop their own brand, how does it impact their career and how can their brand support the organization’s brand for whom they work? These sessions will explore the dynamics of a “strong brand identity” personally and within the organization.
Learning Objectives:
To highlight the importance of developing your own brand image.

Session I You Never Get a Second Chance to Make a First Impression
