Our joint Diversity meeting takes place in November. The meeting will be held on 11/17/2016 at Boudreaux's. Check in time begins at 11:30AM CST, and our speaker will begin promptly at 12:00PM.
We look forward to both chapters coming together as we focus and promote diversity in our community and workplace.
- Build a shared understanding of what “diversity” , “cultural competencies”, and an “inclusive environment” should mean within the context of workplace objectives.
- Create awareness of our personal knowledge, understanding, acceptance, and behavior with reference to diversity.
- Expand our knowledge of facts surrounding our perceptions that create misconceptions
